Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Exempt Items:
Several types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there might be delays in posting refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us atrefunds@gearnomads.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
